Katie and I spent 5 days in the South of France from 28 May - 2 June 2002. We stayed at the Hotel Mercure in Sophia Antipolis for 2 nights and then drove to Callian to stay with Geoff and Maureen for 3 nights. It was very nice and lovely and hot. Katie got quite a tan. We visited the Gorges of Verdon which was very spectacular (where we lost Katie's sunglasses) and then St Tropez, Cannes and Antibes.
