Katie and I spent a weekend in Vienna from 17-20 November 2001. We stayed at the Hotel am Stephansplatz near to St Stephan's cathedral. We visited loads of places, including the Cathedral, the Secession building, the market near the Town Hall, the Donau Turm, the Kuntshaus, the Hundertwasser Haus and the Oberes Belvedere to see the Klimts. I hadn't realised that the paining "The Kiss" was so large in reality.
It was very cold in Vienna, and there was still snow on the ground in places where it had been piled up. Katie liked the horses.
